ROBYN CAMPBELL
DIRECTOR
Robyn has over 25 years' experience in human resources management and consulting in law firm, government and executive recruitment consulting environments. She spent over 11 years with law firm Clayton Utz and was appointed its first National Human Resources Director.
Subsequently Robyn was appointed Executive Director, External
Relations, Faculty of Law, The University of Melbourne. In
this role, Robyn continued her involvement with local, national
and international law firms, companies and professional services generally.
Her particular areas of expertise and interest
are in professional and career development, personal development,
career path planning, coaching and mentoring, recruitment and
retention strategy and successful outplacement. During her
years at Clayton Utz, Robyn became renowned for her sponsorship
of numerous staff retention and firm culture building initiatives,
thus contributing to the firm's growth through its people. She
was also a member of the firm's management team and has ongoing
professional interests in marketing and business development.
Clients in her consulting business are both individuals and organisations from a wide spectrum of industries and roles.
Robyn is a member of a number of professional
and business associations (AHRI, AICD and VWL). She
holds Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Business
Administration degrees. She has served on the Board of Firbank
Grammar School and the Monash University Law School Foundation
and is the external member of the nominations committee of Marriott Support Services.
